Use these casings for brats, fresh meat sausage, hot or sweet Italian sausage. Natural casings offer consistent sizing, uniformity, minimized tangling, transparency and are tender, juicy and firm to the bite. This 50 ft. package will stuff 25 to 30 pounds of sausage at 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 diameter. Packed in salt and unopened package will keep for 6 months. Refrigerate after opening.
