| Leeners has been supplying unique,
educational hobby kits and supplies since 1996. Leeners is unique
in that we use all of the products we sell which provides our customers
with a level of service that is only available through experience.
Our program of product improvement and development combined with regular
customer communication and daily updates to our website makes Leeners a
family friendly, full service company. Customer service is available
from 10am to 4pm ET seven days per week at 800-543-3697 or by “direct
to the expert” email. |
| All of the You-Make-Kit Brand kits are produced at our
facility in Northfield, Ohio. The You-Make-Kit Brand is a collection
of food and drink related do-it-yourself kits designed to be both educational
and functional. Our goal is to teach life skills while creating memorable
food products using the techniques and traditions of a simpler and more
relaxed time. The DIY experience continues after a kit has been completed
because the component parts of all kits may be reordered (refilled) at
leeners.com. |

Our site is owned and controlled by us. You will not find offensive
material at leeners.com. We are a safe, family place on the web.
We do not sell advertising or banner ad space on our site and we do not
provide links to other web sites which may have non family oriented content.
PRIVACY
POLICY
We do not sell, trade or buy mailing and email address lists.
We hold our relationship with our customers in strict confidence.
You have the option of receiving our monthly email updates by providing
us your email address. Requests for removal
from the email list are processed as they are received.
ON-LINE
SECURITY
This web site is registered with GeoTrust True Site and uses Secure
Server Protocols when any personal and payment information is submitted
via the internet. Our secure server is accessed via the shopping
cart review page.
QUALITY

Our business is dependent on your success.
We know the value of freshness in the products we sell. For that reason,
we restock our store weekly.
PRICING
POLICY
We make every effort to provide the best quality, service and price.
The prices on our web site and in our store are the same with the exception
of special monthly promotions. We do provide volume discounts on
large quantity orders.
MAIL
ORDER POLICY
Your order will be processed quickly but please note that we do
not use robots or auto reply programs on our web site. We
confirm every order personally. We feel that personal contact is worth
the wait.
SHIPPING
POLICY
Every
effort is made to ship your order
within 48 hours. We use UPS, UPS Global and US Priority Mail to get
you the best price. APO orders are shipped US Priority Mail.
Customers are responsible for any and all duties or taxes on deliveries
outside the USA. The cost of shipping your order is calculated when
you enter your Zip Code on the secured shopping cart and prior to you entering
any other payment information.
RETURN
POLICY
Non perishable Items may be returned for credit
only within 3 days of receiving your order. Please call for return authorization.
We charge a 10% fee for goods returned for credit and refused deliveries.
We do not refund shipping cost or return shipping charges. Confirmed damaged
goods and errors will be replaced cost free. |
