Bread Making Tools and Equipment
On this page you will find all of the tools needed to create delicious artisan breads at home. Assorted mixing bowls, baking sheets, cooling rack, measuring cups and spoons are all that are required to make a good loaf of bread.
Some tools that make the job easier include: a stand mixer with a dough hook; it can make the mixing and kneading process much simpler. Another tool that will enhance your artisan bread baking is the dough scorer, also known as a bakers blade. The use of a baking or pizza stone is highly recommended for the oven baked loaves and last but not least a spray bottle of water to mimic the conditions of a steam injected oven so as to create a thick, crunchy crust on the French baguettes and the Deli Rye bread.
